Stacey, 33 from London performed a passionate version of Whitney Houston's hit song "Greatest Love of all" at her audition for the x-factor television show.

Cheryl Cole gave a clear yes vote after commented that Stacey had an unbelievable voice. Fellow judges, Simon Cowell, Louis Walsh and Dannii Minougue also had similar comments for an elated Stacey.

Stacey who has a 2 year old daughter Lavinia has now made it through to the boot camp stage of the show. Her father is a songwriter and her mum was once a backing singer for Billy Ocean. Stacey describes herself as a late starter in the singing world as she lacked confidence and confesses that most of her early singing was done in the shower!
